Viewing Insights on Assistant Usage
LearnWise provides a comprehensive insights dashboard that allows institutions to monitor and evaluate the performance and usage of their AI assistants. This guide will explain how to navigate to the insights page and apply filters to view specific assistant data.
General Insights Available
- AI Resolution Rate: Percentage of issues resolved by the AI assistant without escalation.
- Number of Conversations: Total count of interactions users have had with the assistant.
- Number of Escalated Conversations: How many conversations required escalation to a human agent.
- Trend Graphs: Visual representation of conversation and escalation counts over time.
Step By Step

Navigate to Insights:
Log in to your LearnWise admin panel via admin.learnwise.ai and select the 'Insights' tab from the top menu to access the dashboard.

Filter by Assistant:
By default, data from all your assistants are down. Use the dropdown menu labeled 'All assistants' to choose a specific assistant for detailed metrics on conversation and escalation rates.

Apply Date Range:
Adjust the date filters to refine the insights to a specific period, which helps in understanding usage patterns over time.
