LearnWise integrates seamlessly with ServiceNow through a plugin, enabling support cases to be created directly from LearnWise and routed to the relevant ServiceNow channels. These cases can pre-populate metadata, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Note: LearnWise currently create a connection to the ServiceNow helpdesk via User ID and password only.

Navigate to the Users Section

  1. Log in to the your ServiceNow instance developers instance.
  2. Click on ‘All’ & type ‘Users’ into the search bar in the dropdown menu
  3. Select Users below the ‘Users and Groups’ section from the menu, to open the Users Management page.


Create a New User

  1. On the Users page, click the New button to begin creating a user.

Configure User Details

  1. In the User Creation Form, configure the following parameters:

Set the Password

  1. Once the user is registered, click on the name to launch the User window
  2. Click on ‘Set Password’ and within the pop-up window, and generate a password (Copy and paste your password for safe-keeping
