- You can control exactly which sites LearnWise can access
- Your data remains secure with token-based authentication
Before You Start
You'll need:
- Administrator access to your SharePoint environment
- LearnWise AI admin account

1. Start the Connection Process
- Log into your LearnWise admin portal
- Navigate to the desired AI Assistant and click on the Knowledge Step
- Scroll to the Microsoft SharePoint section
- Click the "Connect SharePoint" button
2. Grant Access
- When prompted, sign in with your Microsoft admin account
- You'll see a permission request for:
- Sites.Read.All (to read SharePoint sites)
- Files.Read.All (to access documents)
