LearnWise AI connects to SharePoint using OAuth2, a secure authentication method that allows LearnWise to access your SharePoint content without storing permanent credentials. This means:

• You don't need to manage or update passwords
• You can control exactly which sites LearnWise can access
• Your data remains secure with token-based authentication

Before You Start

You'll need:

• Administrator access to your SharePoint environment
• LearnWise AI admin account

1. Start the Connection Process

1. Log into your LearnWise admin portal
2. Navigate to the desired AI Assistant and click on the Knowledge Step
3. Scroll to the Microsoft SharePoint section
4. Click the "Connect SharePoint" button

2. Grant Access

1. When prompted, sign in with your Microsoft admin account
2. You'll see a permission request for:
   • Sites.Read.All (to read SharePoint sites)
   • Files.Read.All (to access documents)
