Course Assistant (LTI 1.3 in‑course): Students get course‑aware help inside the course with Study Mode, flashcards, quizzes, and summaries powered by course content.
2) Ingestion scope and controls
Course Assistant ingests published, student‑visible Canvas content from courses where it is placed via LTI 1.3.
Control which content types are included or excluded using the admin dashboard’s Knowledge → Courses settings. See: Content controls and allowlists/blocks.[1]

3.1 Placement (Theme Editor / JS snippet)
Confirm Support Assistant is enabled in LearnWise Admin for the institution.
Add the JS snippet via Canvas Theme Editor to render the floating button across Canvas.
Validate that the button renders on key Canvas surfaces: Dashboard, Course Home, Modules, Assignments.
