🧠 What Are Flows?

Flows in LearnWise provide granular control over how your AI assistant responds in specific user interaction scenarios. They allow you to define conditional logic that determines whether a generative answer is offered, a custom message is sent, or a user is guided to a helpdesk or external resource. This capability ensures tailored, context-aware experiences for your users.

Flows can be prioritized, contain multiple triggers, and support varied response mechanisms, enabling flexible and scalable support automation.

🚀 Creating a New Flow

To create and configure a flow in your LearnWise dashboard, follow these steps:

Access Your Dashboard

Log in at https://admin.learnwise.ai and navigate to the assistant you wish to update. Click on the ‘Flow’ tab to get started

Start a New Flow

• Click + New Flow
• Name the flow using a title that clearly reflects its intent

Define Triggers & Responses

• Insert one or more trigger phrases that will initiate the flows
• Develop the tailored responses based on whay you would like to see happen

Prioritize Flows

• Click the Prioritize button.
• Drag and drop flows into your preferred execution order.
• This ensures the most relevant flow is triggered when overlap occurs.
